Customer First
As a show of our dedication to providing a quality customer care service, we are members of the Bath & North East Somerset’s Trading Standards ‘Customer First’ scheme. The overall objective of this scheme is to establish high standards of trade demonstrating businesses’ commitment to dealing fairly and honestly with their customers. The scheme involves continual monitoring of businesses via confidential customer feedback forms. Full details of the scheme and a list of the members can be found on the BANES Council web site.
